Tissue Slitter Rewinder

1．Rewinding Control: Automatic pneumatic proportional valve controls linear slider rail lifting, hydraumatic servo system controls riding roller, pneumatic thimbles grasp core shaft.

2．Slitting Bottom Blade: Each bottom blade is driven by an independent external rotor motor.

3． Front & back rewinding rollers’ speed differential and riding roller control the final product’s tension and both ends’ neatness. The slitting blade is precisely controlled. Tolerance is ±0.1mm.

4. Back-stand: Could run forward and reverse, easy to operate the machine; Independent driven guiding roller and the web guide platform at the bottom reduce the loss of elongation.

5. Leading calender technology: Steel to steel calender, both rollers made of chilled cast iron are driven by two motors, respectively. It uses pneumatic tire increase pressure. Calender rollers’ relative angle and the gap size are both adjustable.

6. Shield-blade does both tail trimming job and guarding job (while the machine is running).

7. Automatic pull-plug system (optional): easy to operate the machine, improves efficiency.

8. Spreading auxiliary roller (optional).
