Our facial tissue log saw cutter is the most ideal and professional machine for cutting facial tissue. Thanks to the servo system, product quality is at the highest level and cutting errors are minimized. The machine has the capacity of 150 cuts per minutes for single lane, prevents the products from being damaged and provides a better quality of the products as a result.

1. There is an independent servomotor for each lane. Cutting size is adjustable and the machine is certain in this measure.
2. With the photocell control system, the Facial Tissue Log Saw Cutter can make 150 cuts per minute per lane without any errors.
3. The slitting unit has an optimized design, with automatic lubrication - sharpening system; the grinder stone can sharpen the blade according to the cutting times.
4. Our facial tissue cutting machines are equipped with servo drive unit. The inverter adjusts speeds, PLC programming accepts the parameters set by the touch screen, while knife sharpening and lubrication time, cutting speed and cutting length can be adjusted via the touch screen. All this ensures continuous and smooth production process.
