Pocket Tissue Folding Machine
ZM-CM model pocket tissue folder forms the well-cut parent roll web into regular tissue after being embossed printed and folded. There are two color-printing units on this machine.
1. The gap between two folding & cutting rollers can be adjustable according to different plies and GSM.
2. With professional printing Anilox roller.
3. With steel to rubber calender unit, embossing can be steel to felted roller, paper roller or rubber roller (choose one).
4. After the paper web unwinding, it will be sent to the calender unit, the printing unit and then embossing unit. There is a manual adjustment for the paper tension between the unwinding and calender unit and embossing unit.
5. *Steel to Steel calender roller can be added on the machine.
6. *Engraved embosser can be added on the machine.
